Terceira parada: Curimatá // Third stop: Curimatá
Última cidade a ser visitada foi Curimatá onde ficamos 5 dias e lá também plantamos uma igreja e reformamos um ginásio esportivo da cidade. Visitamos uma barragem em que já não tinha mais água e era a barragem que abastecia a cidade. Foi uma cena muito triste ver uma barragem seca, com o chão tão rachado e sendo apenas o início da seca. Pudemos orar por aquela região e aquele povo para que Jesus transformasse aquele lugar. Com a transformação das pessoas daquela região e inclusive dos políticos, que seja tirada a corrupção que impede que investimentos sejam feitos para abastecer a cidade, que possa ter uma melhoria na educação e saúde e através de Jesus possa haver uma mudança naquele lugar.
Vimos muitas pessoas conhecerem um Jesus fora de religiosidade, pois não estávamos lá para falar de placa de igreja, mas de uma vida de relacionamento com Deus. Muitas pessoas entenderam que não bastava ir na igreja uma vez por semana e dizer ser cristão, mas viver uma vida diária buscando a Deus. Eu louvo a Deus por essas vidas!
Testemunho
Havia um rapaz que já havia ouvido falar de Jesus, ia na igreja algumas vezes por ano em datas especiais e as vezes aos domingos mas nunca tinha entregado seu coração por inteiro pra Jesus, pois não sabia do que Jesus podia realmente fazer na vida dele. Compartilhamos que a religião não ia transformar a vida dele e da família dele trazendo paz e alegria e que somente Jesus poderia trazer isso. E não bastava ir na igreja uma vez por semana quando dava, mas criar uma intimidade com Deus, aprender a ouvir a voz dEle de tanta intimidade através de uma busca diária orando e lendo a Bíblia e que Jesus poderia ajudar com tudo ao entregar toda a sua vida para Ele.
Ele resolveu entregar todo seu coração para Jesus e quis uma mudança de vida! Agradeço a Deus pela vida dele e que ele possa experimentar mais de Deus e o sobrenatural na vida dele! Glória a Deus por tudo!
Last city to be visited was Curimatá where we were 5 days and we also planted a Church and rebuild a gym sports in the city. We visited a dam which no longer had water and was the dam that supplies the town. It was very sad to see the dam dry, with the floor so cracked and being only the beginning of dry season. We were able to pray for that region and that people so that Jesus transformed these place. With the transformation of people of that region and even politicians, the corruption that prevents investments to supply the city can be gone, it may have an improvement in education and health and through Jesus there may be a change in that place. We have seen many people know Jesus out of piety, because we weren't there to talk about name of Church, but a life of relationship with God. Many people understood that is not enough to go to Church once a week and say that is Christian, but live a daily life seeking God. I praise God for these lives!
Testimony
There was a men who had heard of Jesus, use to go to Church a few times a year in special dates and times on Sundays but never had surrendered his heart to Jesus, because he didn't know what Jesus could really do in his life. We shared that religion wouldn't change his life and his family bringing peace and joy and that only Jesus could bring it. It is not enough to go to Church once a week, but create a intimacy with God, learn to hear His voice of such intimacy through a daily praying and reading the Bible and that Jesus could help with all while surrendering his whole life for Him. He decided to surrender all his heart to Jesus and wanted to change his life! Thank God for his life and that he can experience more of God and the supernatural in his life! Praise God for everything!
